Return and Exchange policy FAQ

How do returns work?

  • Email returns@keptapparel.com
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What is returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The product is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can it be exchanged?

  • We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses Kept Apparel ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Kept Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

 

Damages

Kept Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
